Just wrapped up a four day Festival of Nations. Our kite booth this year has shiny new kites from India and we even had a video of how people fly kites in India. The video generated some great conversation. Here are some photos.
I started flying kites along with my dad at the age of three. Ever since then I have developed a great passion for kite flying which continues to this day.
An expert fighter kite flyer, I fly with great passion and I am originally from Mumbai, India.
I conduct a number of kite flying youth camps and participates in a variety of cultural programs promoting kite flying. I believe kite flying is good for your health - you get to breathe fresh air, you improve your eye sight and develop sharp reflexes, exercise you neck and get to experience the freedom of flight.
My mission is to revive this dying art and sport in today’s world filled with video games, TV and sedentary life style. Come join me in this fun filled sport and start flying.
